Your first visit, step by step

  1. Free strategy call (15 minutes). By phone or video. You tell me what's going on; I tell you honestly whether I can help.
  2. New patient consultation. At the clinic. We go through your full history, and I decide which tests are worth running.
  3. Testing. Common choices are the GI-MAP stool test and the DUTCH hormone test. Kits go home with you or ship to you.
  4. Report of findings. We sit down together, go through your results, and build your plan.
  5. Follow-ups. In the office or by video, whichever suits the week.

What we focus on

  • Gut: bloating, irregularity, food sensitivities, and the stool testing that shows what's happening
  • Hormones: cycle changes, perimenopause, energy, sleep and stress rhythm, measured with DUTCH
  • Lyme: long-running, hard-to-pin-down symptoms, approached with patience
  • Parasite cleanse: our structured protocol, guided by testing rather than guesswork

Before you come in

  • Bring a list of current medications and supplements, with doses
  • Bring any lab work from the past year
  • Plan for weekday hours; we're closed weekends

Dr. Tenesha Wards, Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Tenesha Wards

Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Tenesha Wards, Founder and Medical Director of Infinity Wellness Center, specializes in helping the top 5% of the most challenging cases—patients who have often been written off by other doctors. She created The Infinity Way™ program to uncover and correct the root causes of chronic fatigue and a wide range of other difficult symptoms.

I know what it’s like to feel hopeless because I’ve been there myself. I’ve battled Lyme Disease, Autoimmunity, Epstein Barr Virus, and, most recently, mold toxicity. These personal struggles have given me a unique understanding of what you're going through. I’ve experienced the frustration of being dismissed by the medical system, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others when they feel like they’ve run out of options.

When you come to me, you’re not just another patient—I understand your pain, and I’ll work tirelessly to find the root cause of your issues, just as I did for myself. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked, I’m here to offer you hope and a path to healing. It’s time to take control of your health, and I’m ready to help you every step of the wayr.

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in Austin, TX

Karly Baughn

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Karly, a long-time patient of Dr. Wards, became an FNTP to help other families navigate a real food, non-toxic lifestyle after naturally healing from Lyme Disease, Autoimmunity, and gluten issues at Infinity Wellness Center. Dr. Wards also supported her through her fertility journey.

Karly's journey became even more personal when her son was diagnosed with a genetic condition that makes clean eating critical for his health and the well-being of her entire family. She knows firsthand how food can have a dramatic impact and understands the challenges of being a busy mom while striving to keep her family healthy. Through her own experience, Karly has learned how to balance a busy life with mindful eating, proving that it’s possible to prioritize nutrition without sacrificing the joys of life. Today, she’s passionate about helping other families do the same

Lacy Falls

Holistic Healthcare Practitioner

Lacy Falls was one of Dr. Ward's very first patients and office manager nearly 20 years ago, and today, she remains a cherished friend and colleague. Recognizing Lacy's deep passion for helping others, Dr. Ward handpicked her to learn a unique approach to healing—releasing past traumas stored in the body using MBSR- P (Mind Body Spirit Release™).  Now, Lacy is dedicated to working with individuals to uncover and release the negative cellular imprints hidden in the subconscious, empowering them to reach their goals and become the person they truly aspire to be.
