Arlington, Between Two Big Cities and an Easy Drive From Ours

Arlington sits in the middle of the Metroplex, which makes almost everywhere feel like a drive. Good news: functional medicine with me doesn't require one. Arlington patients work with me by telehealth, and those who want to come in can drive roughly 26 miles (straight line) southeast to our Waxahachie clinic, usually via TX-360 and US-287 (about 45 to 50 minutes without heavy traffic).

Two tests I order most often
GI-MAP (gut)
A stool test that uses DNA-based methods to look at gut bacteria, yeast, parasites and markers of digestion and inflammation. You collect it at home and mail it in. It helps me decide where gut support should start. When bloating right after meals is the main complaint, I use the GI-MAP stool test for SIBO testing as well.
DUTCH (hormones)
A dried-urine test collected on a few strips over a day. It shows sex hormones, how your body processes them, and your cortisol rhythm from morning to night. It's useful when energy, sleep, cycles or mood shift and standard blood work doesn't explain why.
Neither test is a fishing expedition. I order them when your story points to them.
What a patient said about testing
"The tests are an investment upfront, but they will give you an in-depth explanation of what is ACTUALLY going on inside of your body." Kaolhi L., from a patient review on our homepage

Arlington FAQs
Do you see patients at an Arlington location? No. I see Arlington patients by video, or at the Waxahachie clinic if they drive in.
How do I get test kits? They ship to your home with instructions, and you send them back by mail.
Do you also help with Lyme or parasites? Yes. Both are part of my practice, including our parasite cleanse.
