FATIGUE

Whether you suffer from medically diagnosed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or experience less energy than you need to get through each day, fatigue can be a severe problem that affects every area of your life. When your adrenal glands are exhausted, your body can no longer manufacture appropriate levels of cortisol and adrenaline for energy and neurological function.

Your thyroid gland can’t produce the appropriate levels of hormones for heat production, metabolism, and ATP production to give you enough get-up-and-go to get through the day. And if you are depleted due to an underlying virus or bacteria taxing your system, then all of what little energy your body produces is going toward an immune response rather than vitality and energy.
