Office Manager Position:

Fun fast paced Clinical Nutrition/Chiropractic office in southwest Austin seeks an ambitious and highly driven self-starter for our office manager position. Must be able to communicate well with clients and staff, be compassionate to client needs, not afraid to take the initiative, embraces a constantly changing environment, be efficient in multiple daily tasks, and who likes to “think outside the box” when it comes to getting things done.

Our clinic is a series of fast moving individual components that must integrate seamlessly to attain an efficient and organized unit capable of providing the best service to our clients.

This is a busy chiropractic office with multiple providers. The office manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling patient care
  • Assisting the Doctors
  • Managing Staff
  • Ordering and charting laboratory results
  • Managing inventory 
  • Patient accounts
  • Maintaining an overall relaxed, smooth and healing atmosphere

Previous management experience required, previous wellness center, spa, or other clinic setting experiences preferred. Strong customer service skills, outgoing, attention to detail, and accuracy are a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Quickbooks experience is optimal, and must and trainable on scheduling software.

The perfect applicant will be compassionate and caring and treat each patient as if they are a long lost friend, yet be able to handle stressful and busy situations in a kind and professional manner.

Set hours: Patient hours – M, W, Th & F 8:30-1 and 2-5:30. Tuesdays are an administrative day – 6 hours 

1 Saturday/month 9 AM – 1PM
